Compact magnetic cleaning and paint-stripping solution designed for closed operations.

The VertiDrive M2 is a solution for fast and efficient removal of coating, rust and all sorts of contamination vertically, horizontally or overhead. The machine adheres to the surface with permanent magnets, absorbing all energy from the water pressure, up to 3000 bar/ 43000 psi.

The M2 is easy to operate and provides the operator a tool to work safely, efficient and ergonomic.

Because of its closed system, you are able to keep the worksite clean and work without any environmental impact.

The operator doesn’t have to deal with the reaction force as the permanent magnets absorb all energy.

All contaminated wastewater can be collected by the vacuum system. The controls are easily accessible on the handle. Forward and backward speed can be controlled with the flick of a switch.

A unique safety feature ensures the pump can only be switched on when the M2 Handy is securely adhered to the steel surface. If contact with the surface is lost, the pump will automatically shut off.

THE M3 SOLUTION

VertiDrive M3 multi-purpose convertible solution designed for washing, hydro- and abrasive blasting with an impressive production rate.
The robot adheres to the surface with multiple powerful permanent magnets, allowing operations on vertical, horizontal and overhead steel surfaces. The remotely controlled system results in more comfort for the operator, higher production rates and better quality. In fact, M3 is approx 8x faster than manual operations.

The lightweight and divisible construction is very intuitive and reduces the buildup and change-over time to approx. ten minutes. This divisible construction allows you to have 2 robots in 1 and use it for a variety of duties such as (ultra) high pressure cleaning or abrasive-blasting.

Different applications like (U)HP and abrasive can be mounted on this versatile robot. Quality and speed are ensured, as well as operator comfort and safety. Upon request, our M3 can be delivered explosive proof with ATEX Zone 2 certi-cation and even an additional kit to convert it into the M4 solution for closed (ultra) high pressure cleaning.

The M4 SOLUTION for closed waterblasting

Your convertible, environmentally friendly solution with high production rates. Closed hydro blasting in all directions. All water and paint will be collected by your vacuum system or with our (optional) vacuum and separation system. Inside the blast can, a self-rotating nozzle bar with up to sixteen nozzles ensures a clean, fast and constant result.

The M4 is equipped with a self-rotating titanium rotor head with sixteen nozzles. The robot cleans surfaces seven times faster as a single person and ensures operator safety, comfort and quality.

The contaminated water stays in the closed system and is stored so it can be processed in a proper way. This closed system results in less to none contamination of the area and less impact on the environment.

The M8 SOLUTION for CARGO HOLD CLEANING

Cargo Holds of dry/liquid bulk carriers require a certain degree of cleaning when changing cargo. Such cleaning is a time consuming and at times hazardous task for the crew, which can be performed mainly while in port. The risk of not being sufficiently clean can be excessive, so a consistently high cleaning quality is necessary when i.e. grain clean is required. By cleaning the majority of the cargo hold with a magnetic crawler, you can reduce the cleaning time, increase safety, reduce risk and clean while in open water.
